The British Council is pleased to announce a new creative competition; “I study in the UK” dedicated to the annual “Education UK” exhibition which will be held in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Ekaterinburg in October 2015.
The task is to create a collage or a photo collage on the topic of “I study in the UK” showing your vision of studying in Great Britain. If you wish to study in the UK at school or at university let your creative project tell us about your dream!
The winner’s work will be used in promotion materials for the “Education UK” exhibition.
The task
1.Draw an illustration or create a collage/ photo collage on the topic of “I study in the UK”.
2.Publish your artwork on any social network with any comment and the heading “I’m taking part in the British Council competition!”
3.Send the link of your artwork and your contact details to competition@britishcouncil.ru and britishcouncilrus@gmail.com.
Competition entries requirements
Each entry submitted to the competition (photograph/drawing/photo collage/collage) should be an electronic file in a high quality resolution.
When submitting a photo collage the author should confirm permission to use the images.

Prize for the best artwork – Nexus tablet
People’s Choice award – "London. Art Navigator" by Sam Phillips
The winner will be selected by the British Council expert jury and representatives from British educational institutions.
The winner of the People’s Choice award will be chosen by subscribers of the British Council social media pages. The finalists’ works will be published on 3 July 2015.
Terms and conditions
The competition is open to everyone living in Russia aged 14 and over.
The deadline for submission is 17 July 2015.
Voting for the People’s Choice award will be held 18-23 July. The results will be announced on 24 July 2015 on the British Council website and all social media pages.
