Студенты на Белом Озере
На днях Студенты-гидрологи и метеорологи ГГФ (группы 022203 (ин1), 022205 (ин1), 022203 (ин3), 022205 (ин3), 022303 (ин1), 022305 (ин1)) с преподавателем, доцентом кафедры английского языка в сфере научной коммуникации Анной Николаевной Панамарёвой, организовали экскурсию на Белое озеро.
Иностранным гостем выступил Коул Кингсбёри, сотрудник ГГФ из США.
Ребята рассказали о природе озера, его источниках и истории названия.
Несмотря на ветреную и прохладную погоду всё прошло отлично. Коул оставил свой отзыв: ’Thank you very much for inviting me to White Lake! It was fun hearing the stories and history of this lake. I now know where to go in 1-2 months for relaxation, rejuvenation and nature’.
Небольшое, но увлекательное образовательное мероприятие прошло с пользой для всех.

Students on the White Lake
Students of Meteorology and Hydrology departments, Faculty of Geology and Geography (groups 022203 (in1), 022205 (in1), 022203 (in3), 022205 (in3), 022303 (in1), 022305 (in1)) with their teacher — an associate professor of the Department of English in scientific communication Anna N. Panamaryova organized an excursion to White Lake.
The foreign guest was Cole Kingsbury, a GGF employee from the USA.
The students talked about the nature of the lake, its sources and the history of its name.
Despite the windy and chilly weather, everything was fine, and after the walk Cole said: ‘Thank you very much for inviting me to White Lake! It was fun hearing the stories and history of this lake. I now know where to go in 1-2 months for relaxation, rejuvenation and nature’.
So, this small educational event was beneficial for everyone.
